This book was way more informative than I expected it to be, and I learned quite a few things about the positive effects of gravity on the human body. I always thought gravity was the enemy, but apparently, it is our friend. It renewed my interest in doing squats and walking!!

Seniors should read this book.

The scientific approach to this subject of the power and finality of Gravity pressing down on us as we age was most enlightening. The NASA experience of weightlessness of the astronauts was a good review and added credibillity to the reasoning of why we all should be active and not be "couch potatoes." The encouragement and instruction of getting up and down from either a horizontal or sitting in a chair at least 16 times a day was most instructive.
This book should be read by every citizen age 50 and above. The young obese children would not waste their time if they read this book. It may turn their life style around.
