Strong and helpful advice!

I really admire how Trilliby wrote this book. It really helped me a lot of things! I actually am suffering from
unhealthy working environment and toxic people and even a toxic boss and I thought that I was really going to
quit. The salary and benefits of my job pays me a lot, but it is just that these toxic people and environment that leads me
down. Good thing that i bought this book, it did helped me on how to manage and deal with this type of people.

A definite must buy for anyone looking to become a emotionally stronger person. As someone who felt that i that i had been to overly sensitive and weak willed, this book in a short amount of time has changed me for the better dramatically. Nicola Trilliby does a wonderful job at explaining why it is necessary to have a thick skin how how to get one. This book has helped me change for the better and is a definite must buy!
